Job Responsibilities

1- Administer the Prehospital Trauma Life Support and Advance Trauma Care for Nurses Programs in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia and Gulf States according to the policies and procedures established by the Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and Society of Trauma Nurses respectively. 2- Assist in inspection of other facilities as potential Program centers. 3- Keep records of all costs related to the both courses, as well as fees paid by students. Propose budget for each course and is responsible for reconciling all accounts. 4- Request course approvals that have been approved by the Program Director and the NAEMT and STN. 5- Assist in designing brochures and posters. 6- Train Coordinator Candidates for outside facilities, including: *Overview of course, history, purpose and educational design. *Pre-course, planning, organization and preparation. *Faculty, course set-up and arrangements. *Responsibilities before, during and after the course. *Administrative, record keeping and course reporting responsibilities. *Preparations for all skill sessions. 7- Set up and dismantle course facility: lecture area and practical skill station area.
