Job Requirements

English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Public Relations or related field or equivalent - Essential Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a related fields- Essential Skills: Strong organizational skills; Should be pro-active and self-starter, flexible, seizing opportunities and originating action and actively influencing events.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates and communicates with local and international guest lecturers to arrange visas, travel, accommodation and transportation in conjunction with the visit. • Works closely with concerned officials to ensure that all related symposium materials are completed and received well in advance prior to the symposium/conference date. • Coordinates all printing materials (banners, posters, abstracts, programs, badges, certificates) are all complete and proofread prior for final printing. • Coordinates/organize social events, catering, printing materials, delegate bags/folders, ticketing, booking hotels, and other needed services. • Coordinates advance notification/advertisement of symposia/conference through social media highlighting the call for abstracts and other promotional materials. • Coordinates symposia/conferences requirements with various departments like Audiovisual Services, Transportation, Public Relations & Media Affairs, Military Police Services, Information Technology Department, Housekeeping Department, Utilities and Maintenance, etc. • Applies for CME hours and meet SCFHS usual requirements for symposia/conference. • Assists the Senior Coordinator for all Symposium/Conference related tasks. • Prepares correspondence/innovation and conducts follow up for all local and international guest speakers to confirm attendance. • Coordinates and assists with the Audiovisual Services a blue print design for the exhibition hall. • Ensures that on-site set up or preparation is well organized during and after the symposium. • Prepares evaluation summary at the conclusion of the symposium. • Per forms and receives participant's registration fees. • Performs other job related duties as required.
