Job Requirements

Education Bachelor Degree in Child Care Development, Early Childhood Education, Childhood Studies, Preschool Education- Essential Master Degree in Child Care Development, Early Childhood Education, Childhood Studies, Preschool Education –Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in teaching children, out of five (5) years at least two (2) years should be in managerial/supervisory level- Essential English Language Skills: Level- I- Essential Arabic Language Skills: Beneficial Computer Skills Level: Level -II- Essential

Job Responsibilities

Principal Duties: • Administers for day to day activities of the Day Care Center. • Oversees for input and maintains good management system by obtaining goals of the department through Effective interactions and point of view. • Provides leadership and supports to the staff of the Day Care Center. • Prepares the performance appraisal of the staff of the Day Care Center. • Liaisons with parents, other departments and outside agencies as needed. • Prepares budgets and financial records as directed. • Prepares for approval policies and procedures pertaining to the Day Care Center. • Provides all files and documents that organized the work in the Day Care. • Requests for procurement and inventory of supplies and equipment as needed. • Ensures that the facilities and equipment's of the Day Care Center are well maintained. • Coordinates and facilitates the development of in-service and training program for Day Care Center. • Improves and develops the level of the educational and administrative process. • Initiates and aid in the recruitment of new staff of the Child Learning Center. • Performs other job related duties as required.
