Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field – Essential - Work Experience: Four (4) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources – Essential - English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: %75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)

Job Responsibilities

Principal Duties:  Develops and coordinates recruitment, retention, and strategies with the job candidates, to ensure the availability of qualified applicants as well as, participates in the design and implementation of KSAU-HS recruitment programs and initiatives.  Responsible for recruiting all positions within the relevant departments including managing campaigns, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, skills and personality testing, and behavioral interview assessment.  Initiates advertisement and conducts job postings including background research for internal postings and creating concise job summaries of all advertised positions.  Reviews, assesses and classifies and stores all submitted applications based on each profession, as well as ensures files are completed in a timely manner.  Organizes the flow of candidates through the recruitment process from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees to the university.  Coordinates with Talent Acquisition staff in preparation of manpower plan and accordingly prepares, monitors and controls an efficient Talent Acquisition plan.  Reviews vacancies list and submit it on an as-needed basis and manages candidate records on software and ensures that all data and information are up to date.  Conducts testing, screening, and preliminary interview of potential employees and assesses eligibility and suitability for hire.  Reviews weekly reports to reflect recruitment activities, current vacancies, and candidates in process.  Performs other job related duties as required.
