English Language Skills: ILETS 6 , STEP 75%, TOFEL (PBT 500) (IPT 61) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Administration, or related discipline from an accredited university or college- Essential Work Experience: Minimum of four (4) years' in a related experience- Essential Computer Skills Level: Level - 11 - Essential

Job Responsibilities

Participates in setting and implementation of the department's goals and objectives. • Coordinates and assists in the daily office administrative support; as well as in all various clerical and administrative functions for all Academic Affairs activities such as, students' enrollment, class schedules, examination schedules, and all other related events/activities to ensure academic excellence and integrity, and compliance with the university policies, standards and practices in collaboration with the Immediate Superior. • Assists in updating the departmental policies and procedures and ensures adherence to By-laws, accreditation standards, licensing agreements and applicable academic policies and procedures. • Assists the management in collaboration with U1e Deanship of Reg1slration and Admissions related staff regarding student admissions or enrollment, withdrawals, dismissals, graduation and preparation of academic transcripts. • Supports in interaction and coordination with all levels of management and departments to ensure smooth execution of the curriculum and full utilization of resources. • Participates in U1e preparation of the Academic Calendar in accordance with the Minis try of Higher Education guidelines, and identifies Coordinators/Directors and tutors for each academic block/courses in collaboration wiU1 the Manager of Academic Affairs. • Maintains security, confidentiality and accuracy of the Students' Academic Management Systems (S/\MS), including Student Information Systems (SIS) and assists in maintaining academic related records of credentialed faculty, including teaching histories and profession reliability records in collaboration with the Dean's office. • Assists in scheduling of examinations and other assessment items and including assignment of invigila tors as well as reviewing, verifying, recording and releasing of results through the Student Academic Management System (SIS). • Performs other job related duties as required.
