Job Requirements

Education: Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution - E Experience: Minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in Procurement - E English Language skills: IELTS: 4.5, STEP:50, or TOEFL: (PBT: 410-413) (IBT: 34)

Job Responsibilities

‏1. Review procurement plans, which reflect the milestone and time frames for major requisitions. 2. Check requisitions for completeness and clarity. Obtain necessary information whenever required. 3. Prepare and issue Request for Quotations. 4. Invite all concerned vendors to participate and provide their quotations. 5. Receive and analyze proposals / quotations for the purpose of determining which vendors are responsive to the requirements of the solicitation and are within competitive range in regard to the good quality, delivery period and competitive prices. 6. Prepare, issue Purchase Orders and check for accuracy and completeness before issuing. 7. Assist in conducting negotiations with vendors regarding terms, conditions and prices, 8. Conduct any necessary pre - proposal, post - award and other vendor company references. 9. Keep Immediate Supervisor informed of all activities or problems. 10. Perform other job related duties as assigned.
