Job Requirements

• Diploma in Communications or Computer Sciences _ Essential • Two (2) years of experience in related field .Essential English Language skills: IELTS: 4.5, STEP: 50, or TOEFL: (PBT: ​413-410) (IBT: 34)

Job Responsibilities

• Assists and carries out scheduled or unscheduled maintenance of IP telephone units, intercom and key systems, fax machines, and cordless telephone and etc. • Works in compliance with departmental safety and quality control procedures, national and International standards. • Maintains complete and accurate records of all operational and maintenance functions of the Assigned tasks. • Prepares technical records for future reference. • Performs and assists the day-to-day programing requirements of users for the telephone systems. • Performs in getting daily printouts of the telephone system and daily printouts for telephone traffic. • Provides and updates the Supervisor Operations and Maintenance on the missing spare part stocks, tools and equipment, and prepares SPR. • Assists in a staff-training program. • Operates PPM scheme on all assigned equipment. • Operates safeguards and maintains all assigned tools and test equipment. • Reports deficiencies and unsatisfactory condition. • Performs other job related duties as assigned.
