Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field – Essential Work Experience: One (1) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources – Preferred English Language Level: STEP: 75%, OR IELTS: 5, OR TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) - Essential.

Job Responsibilities

Principal Duties:  Logs all applications of both academic and non-academic to the system.  Prepares Nominated Shortlisted candidates to the concerned departments/colleges.  Reviews resumes forwarded to the Talent Acquisition Department.  Assists in arranging initial and final Interviews of candidates.  Assists applicants during the interview.  Assists all approved Candidates for the Pre-Employment Medical examination and badging requirements.  Reviews all approved Candidates documents prior to send it to Pre-Employment Medical examination for verification purposes.  Performs other job-related duties as required
